I absolutely hate the dentist and my visit to Dr. Byers' office yesterday changed all of that. I've admired their myriad front yard decorations for years and finally decided to make an appointment and am so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by everyone's kindness and attention (not to mention the assortment of amenities to enjoy while waiting). When I expressed my general anxiety about the dentist, everyone quickly put me at ease and treated me with such compassion. It was honestly the best dental appointment I've ever had and can't believe I'm actually looking forward to seeing them again in the future. Thank you, Dr. Westwood, Aaron, Allie, Linda and to all who work there and made my day infinitely better with your skill, care, and friendliness.

Fantastic, caring office. Called regarding a temporary crown which had fallen off 2 hours after being placed. Responsible office (Hillcrest Dental) refused to work me in the next day which was unacceptable due to possibly of infection because of heart issues. I called Dr Byers' office explaining my emergency & Aaron, the manager, gave me an appt 2 hours later. I waited approximately 15-20 minutes (they had to process my paperwork), then saw Nick, who was very friendly & informative, explaining each step. Unlike HD, they made sure my temp crown was set properly insuring it would not fall out again. I explained to Aaron how much trouble I had with HD getting my premeds, he took care of it immediately handing me a premeasured dose for my visit. I decided to switch dentists on the spot because this is the way patients should be treated & was ecstatic to get an appointment 1 week later I am even willing to pay for my visits in the event they don't accept my insurance, the difference between HD & this office is like night & day! The office itself is a beautifully remodeled Craftsman home decorated with tasteful art & decorations. They offer coffee, tea, cookies, a nice variety of magazines, toys, & very comfortable furniture. Very clean with a homey feel, it is someplace I don't mind waiting. The huge yard is decorated every holiday & everytime I drive by it puts a smile on my face ��

I love Dr. Byers and his wife. You truly feel like you are being welcome into this wonderful family when you become a patient at this office. Dr Byers is thorough and tries to keep costs down when possible. I have had teeth cleanings as well as some major dental work done here. I can't recommend them enough. **Bonus: fresh baked cookies and coffee.
